Even though there are now three of us we still keep busy which may sometimes delay our response to your inquiries . In addition we are semi-normal and occasionally we do enjoy some time off in the evening, a weekend now and then, and somtimes even a holiday or two. Even then we can often be reached by phone or email. In order to help you get the quickest response we have provided the following information. TELEPHONE CONTACT: There are two numbers available for you to call. 321 505 0504 This is the business number. This is the first number you should call when trying to reach us. We recommend calling Monday through Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. eastern standard time. If no answers please leave a message stating your name, number, and reason for the call. Someone will return your call as soon as possible. 321 289 9600 This is Mark's direct number. He can often be difficult to reach by phone but you are welcome try any day of the week between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.. The best times to (try to) reach him by phone are on Fridays between 3:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.. If you have an emergency or other urgent business send us an email first and then leave a message on the phone. EMAIL CONTACT: petservices@tailsnmore.com Because we are primarily a web based business it makes sense that email is the best way to contact us. We try to respond to most emails within 24 hours or less however in some instances it may take up to several days. How you format your email and it's content often determines how quickly we respond so we have a few recommendations for those of you seeking a quick response. 1) Take the time to read the classified ad and the information posted on my web site. Generally you will find that many of your questions are already answered. 2) Use the subject box in your email and mention the specific ad, animal, or topic of your inquiry. Emails with a specific subject will get read first. Emails with no subject or irrelevant subjects such as urgent, hello, or info requested may appear to be spam and get read last or deleted without being read. 3) When writing the email itself tell me exactly what you want. It is much easier faster for you to tell me what you want than it is to ask me to tell you everything I have available. 4) Feel free to use as much detail as you feel is neccesary. Tell me how many, what sex, what size, what color and any other requirements, wants or wishes you may have. 5) If you have any additional questions feel to ask all of them in the same email. This includes questions about care and husbandry, caging, shipping, packing and anything else you would like to know. 6) When you are ready, having your order and shipping address clearly typed out in an email greatly reduces the chances of misunderstandings and mistakes. This is also true when I respond with payment information and tracking numbers. |
